Align business needs with what technology can deliver.
Understand on-site challenges and connect technology to real work. We gradually close the gap between them.

Understand the business and create the next possibilities with AI and technology.
That is the work that Famgia aims for.
The value of the system is created by being used in daily work. Confirm information. Convey it to someone. Make the next decision. Improve each of these one by one.
Famgia is a development partner that connects business perspectives with technology. We understand challenges, clarify responsibility areas, and consider post-launch operations and improvements.
AI is considered in light of business objectives. We test possibilities, verify limits, and shape them into practical forms.
Build. Operate. Improve.
Understand on-site challenges and connect technology to real work. We gradually close the gap between them.
From organizing business operations to development, operations, and improvements. We share objectives, clarify responsibilities, and cultivate useful mechanisms.
Being a presence that can consult on the next step even as technology and business change. This is the vision of Famgia.
Connecting the perspective of management and business with the perspective of creating systems. This is the starting point of Famgia.

Satoshi Fujiwara studied business at the University of Bradford, graduating in 2012. He began working in Japan that year and taught himself programming.
From experience in development, testing, systems engineering, project management, and sales, I have faced the fact that even the same system requires different things depending on who creates it, who uses it, and who is responsible for the business.
It connects this experience to a mindset of understanding the purpose, explaining the reasons for choices, and considering operations. New technologies, including AI, are considered based on business challenges and users' work.
University of Bradford graduated. That same year, he started working in Japan.
